    Description
    Designation - AI Product & Business Development Manager


    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Lead the product strategy and roadmap for your AI product(s).
    • Work closely with data scientists, engineers, designers, and business development to ensure the AI product aligns with technical feasibility, business goals, and user needs.
    • Conduct market research and user analysis to identify opportunities and define product requirements.
    • Develop and manage product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
    • Own the product roadmap and prioritize features based on data and user feedback.
    • Track and measure product performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Stay uptodate on the latest AI trends and MBA from a reputed college. Engineering Background would be a big Plus.
    • Minimum 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably with experience in AI based technical products.
    • A strong understanding of the AI/Machine Learning (ML) landscape and its capabilities.
    • Proven ability to define product vision, translate user needs into actionable features, and prioritize effectively.
    • Experience working with AI/ML for any industry vertical (Telecom would be added bonus).
    • Experience building and launching datadriven products. A track record of success in bringing complex technical products to market.
    • Develop and implement the business strategy for your AI group.
    • Identify and prioritize target markets and use cases for AI solutions
    • Lead the development of business plans and financial models for AI projects.
    • Build relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to secure buyin for AI initiatives.
    • Manage and develop partnerships with external vendors involved in AI development.
    • Track and measure the return on investment (ROI) of AI projects.
    • Communicate the business value of AI to leadership and other departments.
    • Experience working in an agile development environment.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to bridge the gap between technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
    • Familiarity with specific AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) would be a big advantage.
