    Description

    Xerago is a multi-national Digital Impact Services enterprise that helps executives and senior managers across digital, technology, and marketing functions in mid-market and large enterprises determine and deliver impact across their customer-facing digital priorities.

    The RoleLead QA and Devops teams in delivering high-quality software. Develop strategies, implement DevOps practices, and optimize processes. Technical expertise in QA methodologies, automation, CI/CD, and cloud platforms. Mentor teams and ensure quality standards. 8+ years' experience with 3+ years in leadership. Passion for technology and innovation.


    Responsibilities:
    Develop and execute a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with the company's business goals. Define QA processes, methodologies, and best practices for delivering high-quality software products.
    Drive Devops implementation and continuous improvement. Establish robust CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and deployment processes to enhance software delivery speed and reliability.
    Lead and mentor the QA and Devops teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Set clear goals, provide guidance, and empower team members to achieve high performance.
    Continuously evaluate and optimize QA and Devops processes to streamline software development and release cycles.
    Ensure adherence to quality standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements. Oversee test planning, execution, and performance testing to maintain top product quality.
    Identify potential risks in software development and deployment processes and develop strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and project management, to understand requirements, plan releases, and resolve issues efficiently.


    Ideal ProfileSkills and Qualifications:
    Extensive hands-on experience in QA methodologies, test automation, CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GIT), and relevant cloud platforms.

    In-depth knowledge of Devops principles, practices, and tools, including IAC and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects.

    Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for effective decision-making.
    Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with QA and DevOps trends.
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields. 8+ years of experience in QA and Devops, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
