Essential Responsibilities:

• Learning attitude and adaptability to diverse environments.
• Eager to work on locomotives and associated systems/equipment for service activities like scheduled/unscheduled maintenance, Heavy Maintenance, and wreck Repair.
• Required to work in shifts and during odd hours as needed.
• Must possess logical and analytical aptitude for diagnosing faults, ensuring quality work, and following given guidelines.
• Must be disciplined and organized.

Role Summary/Purpose: In this role, the incumbent will learn various aspects of diesel locomotive maintenance while gaining hands-on experience and working on direct and indirect maintenance shed activities.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Diploma Engineer from Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, EEE branch.
• Minimum percentage for High School & Diploma: 60% and above.

Desired Characteristics:

• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot faults in Locomotive systems and perform specific tasks.
• Comfortable with learning and adopting IT systems for monitoring and maintaining Locomotives.
• Adherence to instructions for promoting safe and environmentally compliant work practices.
