    Description

    JobOverview:

    Playing a crucial rolein enhancing customer experience by managing telephoniccommunications and providing information related to Automobilesproducts and services. This position requires excellentcommunication skills a customercentric approach and the ability toeffectively convey information to potential buyers and existingcustomers.

    JobResponsibilities:

    • Receiveand handle incoming calls from customers and potential buyers.
    • Coordinate with customers to schedule testrides service appointments and showroom visits.
    • Effectively communicate product details tocustomers and assist them in making informed decisions.
    • Collect customer information and update theCRM system with accurate details.
    • Conductfollowup calls to gather customer feedback after test rides andservice appointments.
    • Collaborate with otherdepartments such as sales and service to relay customer informationand ensure a seamless customer experience.

    JobRequirements:

    • Highschool diploma or any graduate.
    • Freshers canalso apply.
    • Proven experience in a customerservice or telecommunication role.
    • Excellentverbal communication and active listening skills.
    • Customerfocused with a positive and friendlydemeanor.
    • Ability to multitask and handle ahigh volume of calls. Familiarity with products and a passion forautomobiles is aplus
