    PositionSummary

    WomenLiftHealth is seeking a Program Coordinator to work under the directionof the WomenLift Health Senior Program Manager in India tocontribute to the implementation and administration of programmaticfunctions to achieve the objectives of WomenLift Health.

    The Program Coordinator will work closely withthe Program Lead and Senior Program Manager India and other membersof the small and nimble globally distributed WomenLift Health teamto contribute to designing building and implementing the systemsand processes to efficiently track and support the operations ofthe WomenLift Health India training program (The LeadershipJourney) for midcareer women leaders in global health in India. TheIndia Leadership Journey currently operates 1 cohort per year eachwith 30 women for a 12month duration and will scale up to more thanone Journey in the coming years along with running institutionaljourneys.     The Program Coordinator should bea selfstarter with a strong work ethic someone who pays closeattention to detail and takes initiative. They should have an eyeon constant improvement and streamlining of systems and processesrelated to the India Leadership Journey and other programs beingrun by the India team. The ideal candidate should be able to workadeptly both independently and in a team.     This recruitment is for 1fulltime (100% FTE) position.

    Responsibilities andTasks

    • Working with the India Teammaintain the processes and systems that support the IndiaLeadership Journey and other programs including but not limited to:
    • Support the call for applications management& review of applications and onboarding of the women leadersselected for the program.
    • Distil anddisseminate information to support the cohort members throughoutthe program via email communications and the programs virtuallearning platform.
    • Serve as a reliable pointof contact for the cohort members.
    • Identifyand resolve administrative problems.
    • Help setprogram priorities and keep track of key milestones anddeliverables according to established program timelines.
    • Oversee the documentation of all Indiabasedsystems and processes.
    • Refine and managesystems to track support evaluate and find synergies between cohortmembers leadership projects.
    • The ProgramCoordinator will also coordinate Leadership Journeyrelated sessionsand events:
    • Support the tech and programmaticproduction and delivery of the biweekly/monthly virtual learningsessions attended by the cohort members. This includes managingZoom operations for all virtual learning sessions.
    • Along with our Operations team coordinate thelogistics and event planning for 2 inperson residencies during the12month program an initial 3day leadership Immersion and a closing2day Leadership LiftOff event. These inperson events may be held invarious Indian locations and will require travel.
    • Coordinate the mentoring sessions with programmentors and any other mentormentee engagements.
    • Help schedule and support meetings with coreimplementing partners as well as multipartner workshops anddiscussions.
    • Oversee coordination of Journeystakeholders & sessions including scheduling of touchpointsmentoring sessions and any other Journey engagements.
    • In collaboration with the WomenLift HealthCommunications team provide marketing and logistical support forpanel discussions and conferences that feature current LeadershipJourney cohort members and alumnae.
    • Communicate on behalf of the India Director(Senior) Program Managers and Program Lead and WomenLift Healthwith internal stakeholders such as the cohort members programmentors and program coaches as well as design operational &evaluation partners.
    • Support the program teamin initiating their institutional influence workstream includingoverseeing the institutional journeys and keeping partners up todate.
    • Support the program team in carving outtheir thematic journey to include community health and/or climatechange at the intersection of public health and gender.
    • Assist WomenLift Health communicationspersonnel with the development of India cohort training materialsincluding contributing to the creation of presentations invitationsbrochures website collateral social media assets etc.
    • Support program monitoring & learningefforts by establishing & updating core metrics of theLeadership Journey and other programs which encompass theapplication process virtual activities inperson residenciesleadership projects mentoring sessions coaching sessions and peerengagement

    EducationExperience Knowledge Skillsand Ability

    EDUCATION& EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL

    • Bachelorsdegree and 3 or more years of related experience in activitiesincluding administration training implementation project managementscheduling tracking and budgeting; or a combination of educationand relevant experience for projects of comparable size/complexity
    • Background in public health gender equityleadership development or related field
