    Responsibilities

  • Employee Communications & Collaboration work is focused on the development, distribution, and management of internal communications content and tools including Communication and collaboration between employees.
  • Creating and managing email distribution lists, employee bulletin boards, online blogs/communities, and internal social media tools. Implementing and managing tools/software for internal communication, collaboration, and knowledge sharing/management.
  • Providing channels for employee feedback and response from leaders Company communications to employees including emails, newsletters, intranet "home page" content, etc. related to: Organization mission, strategy, policies, and performance.
  • Company-wide and function-specific programs, processes, and tools. Employee compensation/benefits and other HR programs and policies In some geographies/organizations, incumbents are required to have a working knowledge of English.
  • A recognized subject matter expert in job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience.
  • Responsibilities typically include Managing large projects or processes with limited oversight from manager. Coaching, reviewing and delegating work to lower-level professionals. Problems faced are difficult and often complex.
  • Qualification

  • Bachelor's / Masters Degree in Marketing, Journalism/Communications, and Business, Engineering or other relevant related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with proven track record, and an interest in technology
  • Familiarity with Adobe Cloud Suite
  • Experience in a communications team, especially internal communication, for a large organization, is most sought after. But experience of writing for a variety of different audiences is also desired.
  • Prior management of complex projects and advising senior managers is also looked upon favorably.
  • Strategic, analytical and creative thinking combined with hands-on approach to translate plans to actions and monitor the report on progress
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to details.
  • Fluency in English - both spoken and written.
