    Job Description:

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Cross-Functional Coordination:
      • Actively collaborate with various departments to understand design requirements.
      • Maintain effective communication with marketing, content development, and customer support teams.
    2. Quality Assurance:
      • Ensure quality and consistency of design work, aligning with Tutopiya's brand standards.
    3. Mentorship and Training:
      • Provide guidance to junior designers, contributing to their skills and understanding of brand guidelines.
      • Contribute to the growth and development of the design team.
    4. Design Strategy:
      • Participate in discussions related to Tutopiya's design strategy.
      • Offer insights to enhance brand and marketing materials.
    5. Project Management:
      • Prioritize design projects, manage timelines, and ensure timely delivery of creative assets.
    6. Adaptation to Emerging Trends:
      • Stay updated on industry trends and design innovations.
      • Bring fresh and innovative ideas to Tutopiya's marketing materials.
    7. Resource Management:
      • Contribute to resource allocation, ensuring the design team has necessary tools and software.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
    • Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Detail-oriented with a passion for design excellence.
