    Description

    Role Overview:
    As aReal Estate Sales Executive you will play a pivotal role in drivingsales of residential and commercial properties. You will beresponsible for prospecting new clients guiding them through thesales process and negotiating contracts to achieve successfultransactions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for realestate excellent communication skills and a proven track record ofsuccess insales.

    BriefRoles and Responsibilities for this roles includes but not limitedto:
    Prospect cultivate and maintain relationships with potential buyersand sellers to generate leads andopportunities.
    Conduct property tours showings and open houses to showcaseavailable properties and highlight their features andbenefits.
    Assist clients in identifying their needs and preferences providingguidance and advice on suitable properties that meet theircriteria.
    Negotiate purchase agreements contracts and terms of sale on behalfof clients to achieve favourableoutcomes.
    Coordinate with lenders attorneys inspectors and other stakeholdersto facilitate smooth and timelytransactions.
    Stay informed about market trends property values and neighbourhooddevelopments to provide informed advice toclients.
    Utilize marketing and advertising strategies to promote propertiesand attract prospectivebuyers.
    Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales processaddressing client inquiries concerns and feedback promptly andprofessionally.

    Requirements


    Proven track recordof success sales within the real estateindustry.
    Experience in selling commercial properties or corporate realestate solutions is highlydesirable.
    Strong understanding of corporate sales processes including leadgeneration prospecting needs analysis solution selling andclosing.
    Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills withthe ability to engage and influence key stakeholders at alllevels.
    Selfmotivated and resultsoriented with a demonstrated ability towork independently and thrive in a fastpaced targetdrivenenvironment

    Proven track record of success sales within the real estateindustry. Experience in selling commercial properties or corporatereal estate solutions is highly desirable. Strong understanding ofcorporate sales processes, including lead generation, prospecting,needs analysis, solution selling, and closing. Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with theability to engage and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
    Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability towork independently and thrive in a fast-paced, target-drivenenvironment
