- Setting and tracking KPIs and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams, such as product, sales, and design, to ensure alignment and synergy across all marketing efforts
- Experimenting with new ideas, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve and innovate marketing strategies
- Staying uptodate with industry trends and best practices to remain competitive and relevant in the marketplace
- The ideal candidate for a growth marketer role should have a solid understanding of digital marketing, data analysis, and customer psychology. They should be creative, analytical, and resultsdriven, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- The ideal candidate should come with 4+ years of experience in Growth Marketing and Product Marketing. It would be added advantage if they have worked with a B2C product startup that has seen scale. Should have demonstrated success in driving and completing multiple projects simultaneously and setting priorities, in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
