- 5+ years of experience in project management.
- 3+ years of experience leading Information Technology and Cyber Security projects.
- Experience in Project or Program Management and Delivery, as well as software and solution development.
- Hands-on experience in leading waterfall projects with proven records.
- Problem-solver with critical thinking.
- Proactive manager using 5 Whys' approach.
- Collaborative work ethic working in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of the IT and system development life cycle.
- Ability to interact effectively with various levels within the organization.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with application security vulnerabilities and driving vulnerabilities to remediation.
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college/university.
- Extensive experience leading large-scale transformation programs, involving business process and organizational change, as well as multiple complex technology components, based on ITIL and CMMI standards.
