    Description

    Key Responsibilities

  • End to end processing of monthly salary of O & S, Retainers with 100% accuracy.
  • Time to time updation of employee master in payroll as well as attendance system.
  • Timely Completion of Exit process and Timely Preparation and disbursement of F & F of resigned employees.
  • Processing Mediclaim of employees with minimum rejection of claims.
  • Monthly submission of GHR MIS, GPA, GMC, Nischint and PF enrolment.
  • Yearly renewal of Nischit, Sunischit, GPA & GMC policy.
  • Timely incorporate MIS data related to various stakeholders at unit and HO by preparation of all required data in provided formats in order to share with the concerned.
  • Ensure 100% accuracy in compliance of Leave module of Poornata by timely updating the leave data of employees
  • Attendance and absence Monitoring of employees

    • Experience

    5 to 8 Years

    Qualification

    Any Graduate / Post Graduate / Diploma in HR

    Skills Required

    Data Management, Communication, Data analysis and computer savvy, Innovation.
