Job Summary:

Role : Customer Service Associate ( Email and Chat )

Experience: 1 year to 5 years

Job Location: Kolkata

Requirement:

Any Full time Non-Technical Graduate with 1 year to 5 years of work experience

Responsibilities:

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

Willingness to work in rotational shifts and night shifts

Prior experience in international webchat process is preferred

Should be able to handle all inbound customer service webchat

Eligibility:

1. Candidates from any graduation stream with 1 year to 5 years of relevant work experience. Full Time Graduation. (B.E, B.sc-IT, B.Tech and MCA are not allowed).
2. Should have good communication skills
3. Candidates with gaps in education or employment of more than 2 years are requested not to apply.
4. Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education
5. Graduates through Open Universities/ Correspondence are requested not to apply.
6. Candidates should be willing to work in Night/ Rotational Shifts
7. Candidates must have cleared their Supplementary or ATKT exams of 1st year or 2nd year before appearing for the interview.
8. Should NOT have attended TCS interview in the past 6 months.
