    Job Title: Technical Mech Engineer
    Grade: Engineer
    Location : Noida, Uttar Pradesh
    Company : Hitachi Astemo Gurugram Powertrain Systems
    Salary Range : As per the industry

    Company Overview:

    Hitachi Astemo Gurugram Powertrain Systems creates clean engine management systems with improved thermal efficiencies that reduce environmental impact, and electric powertrain systems with high environmental sustainability and driving performance.

    Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Basic knowledge of Mould preventive maintenance.
  • Sensor base machine function i.e safety gate, limit switch
  • Electrical hard wiring, Pneumatic, Sensor's
  • Preventive, Breakdown, and Proactive maintenance.
  • Pneumatic and hydraulic cylinder repair/P.M.
  • P.L.C and controller function in machine.
  • MTTR, MTBF
  • Implementation of Kaizens.
  • Detailed Repair knowledge rather than replace.

    • Qualification : A bachelor's degree engineering or a related field

    Experience : Min 2 ~ 3 years of relevant work experience in Mechanical/ Electrical.

  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and knowledge of equipment and machinery.
  • Ability to analyze information, diagnose problems and develop solution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with others.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills and ability to priorities tasks and make decisions under pressure.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
