    At Nutanix Cloud Manager, we are trying to build the next generation platform to help enterprises model, develop and manage applications.

    We want to give them the ability to encapsulate not only infrastructure but even the application – its architecture and deployment "as code".

    Your Role


    Deliver best of the class user experience to the customers and build robust microservicesDevelop a deep and wholesome understanding of customer use cases and design innovative solutions for customer requirementsWork on defining functionality that is easy-to-use, intuitive to customersImprove performance and scalability of various backend servicesMaintain uptime to meet set service level objectivesDiagnose and debug issues in a microservices and distributed environmentCollaborate with other members within the team and across the organization.

    Work closely with product managers, designers, support & serviceability engineers.
    What You Will Bring


    Experience in developing Single Page Applications using Javascript, HTML5 and CSS3In-depth knowledge of JavaScript and its ecosystemExperience with , Redux, or other equivalent modern frameworksKnowledge of TypeScript and familiarity with any server-side language and databases is preferredFamiliarity with OS internals, concepts of distributed data management, web scale systems and proven ability in having built clustered, high-performance, fault-tolerant distributed applications or systems software.

    Experience in building and managing web scale applications.

    Experience in one of following programming languages:
    Go/C/C++/Java/ PythonStrong experience in LinuxStrong understanding of concurrency patterns, multithreading concepts and debugging techniquesWorking experience working with storage, networking, virtualization (Nutanix, VMWare, KVM) and/or cloud technologies – (AWS, Azure, GCP)Experience with database (SQL & NoSQL) and messaging technologies (NATS, Kafka, or Pulsar)About the Team

    Joined Nutanix in 2016 as a founding member of the Self Service and Nutanix Central team within Nutanix.

    His team joined Nutanix as one of its very first acquisitions and has since grown into a critical Product and Platform organization of its own.

    He has been very fortunate to participate in many firsts for the company during his tenure at Nutanix, and it continues to be so even now.

    In his career, he has worked on cloud scale applications and architected some of them. He is also an early adopter of Go and has been using it since 2013.

    In his free time, he enjoys cooking one-pot meals for my family or playing couch co-op games with them, also interested in trying out different coffees and hacking my coffee machine for the taste nuances.
