About the internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Customer Interaction: Interact with customers via phone, email, chat, or in person to provide information, resolve inquiries, and address complaints in a professional and courteous manner
2. Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues promptly, including product/service problems, billing discrepancies, and delivery concerns, aiming for high levels of customer satisfaction
3. Complaint Handling: Handle customer complaints effectively by investigating issues, escalating to relevant departments if necessary, and following up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction
4. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and complaints using CRM software or other designated systems

3. are available for duration of 4 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Delhi and neighboring cities
