In this role, you will work in a cross-functional team who are asked to solve a problem, rather than be handed a task to do.     Responsibilities:

    The successful Squad Lead will have a track-record in delivering results in a fast-moving business and hence be comfortable with change and uncertainty. Excellent stakeholder management experience is essential to being successful in this role.

    The Ideal Candidate

    • A technical vision along with the squads and squad leads.
    • Technical discussions and arbitrate technical decisions.
    • Technical leadership, guidance and support to your squads, for example participating in code reviews, troubleshooting issues, and being a point of escalation for the squads where they are unable to resolve a technical issue.
    • And uphold technical delivery practices and be the technical voice of your team Modulr's overall quality practices within the team's technical deliverables and mentor engineers
    • Decisions with stakeholders and code to the Modulr Platform

    Must Have

    • Minimum 3+ years of experience.
    • working with 24x7 high availability platforms.
    • working with AWS.
    • delivering infrastructure as code.
    • joining on on-call rota.
    • automating monitoring of platforms using APIs / webhooks.
    • automating / maintaining CI/CD pipelines in a Linux, Apache, Java, PostgresSQL stack.
    • Microservices architecture – containers experience a bonus.
    • Python or any scripting language other than Bash/Shell
