The successful candidate will become a highly visible leader, working closely with students, staff and parents on a daily basis. They are likely to have gained experience of curricular and co-curricular leadership as a House Mistress/Master or Assistant Head in a high-achieving school, and aspire to headship in due course. The post comes with a generous salary and an extensive benefits package.

The Deputy Head will fulfill a wide-ranging role and will be critical to the successful operation of the school, which opened as a co-educational boarding and day school to students from Year 7 to Year 13 (Grade 6 to Grade 12) in August 2023.
