    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive (BDE) in IT Services Sales at Drona Infotech. The BDE will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including lead generation, market research, customer service, and effective communication within the IT services domain.

    Qualifications

    • Proven track record and experience in IT services lead generation and business development
    • Must Have experince in IT Services Business Development & Sales for Services Like Web Design & Development, Mobile Apps Development and Digital Marketing.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
    • Knowledge of IT services and solutions
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proactive and self-motivated
    • Analytical Skills, Communication Skills, and Customer Service skills
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science or related field.

    Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include strong organizational skills, attention to detail, resilience, and a customer-centric approach to sales
