- Singleview CM workbench knowledge that includes:
- Ability to configure new classes of all types using the Class and Data Tool to model the data model to support moving data stored in Siebel to Singleview.
- Set up new facts with validations for each of the new Classes use the Fact tool that satisfy data integrity rules.
- Create Business rules and triggers that results in API calls to Singleview or External systems via REST API or exiting Convergent Billing (CB).
- Understand CM caching and how and when is should be used to ensure efficient and responsive CSR interactions.
- Understanding of the Customer Management (CM) and Singleview Process Engine (PE) expression language and its differences to Convergent Billing (CB) epm.
- Singleview Convergent Billing and Customer Management interactivity that allows Customer Management to make use of existing API's in the Convergent Billing integration layer.
- Good understand of Object oriented concepts as they are used by Singleview Process Engine and Customer Management.
- Able to model classes on external systems (i.e. Siebel) that support display and update support via API calls to Siebel.
- Singleview Process Engine Web configuration understanding via the Interface design tool that allows for a full 360 view of customer data based on many different Class objects.
- Customer Management Case / Issue and action features to support CSR interactions and case workflow and management.
