• Conducting thoroughassessments of childrens speech language and communicationabilities to identify areas of need.
• Designingand implementing individualized therapy plans to address speech andlanguage delays articulation disorders and other communicationchallenges in a pediatricsetting.
• Collaborating closely with parentscaregivers and a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure aholistic and coordinated approach to each childs communicationdevelopment.
• Providing engaging and effectivetherapy sessions utilizing evidencebased techniques to improvelanguage skills and communication proficiency inchildren.
• Monitoring and documenting theprogress of each child adjusting therapy plans as required andmaintaining accurate and detailedrecords.
• Conducting educational sessions forparents to empower them in supporting their childs communicationdevelopment at home.
• Actively participating inteam meetings case conferences and continuous professionaldevelopment activities to stay abreast of the latest advancementsin pediatric speechtherapy.

Requirements:Tobe successful in this role you should possess the followingqualifications:

• Masters degree inSpeechLanguage Pathology from an accreditedinstitution.
• State licensure and certificationas a SpeechLanguage Pathologist.
• Provenexperience in pediatric speech therapy demonstrating expertise inassessing and treating communication disorders inchildren.
• Strong interpersonal skills fosteringpositive relationships with children their families andcolleagues.
• Indepth knowledge of ageappropriatespeech and language developmentalmilestones.
• Excellent communication skills bothverbal and written to collaborate effectively with a diverse teamand communicate with parents andcaregivers.
• Compassion patience and a genuinepassion for making a positive impact on the communication skills ofchildren.
