    What you'll do

    • The BTPX ADAI Integration Suite Design team aims to enhance customer value and acceptance of the SAP Integration Suite solution through a straightforward and extremely usable professional grade user experience enabled by a research and data-driven solution discovery, design, and development approach.

    As a User Experience Designer, you will:

    • Design a professional grade user experience (based on SAP's Fiori Design System) by collaborating with UX Designers, UA Developers, Product Development team(s), Product Managers, and other stakeholders.
    • Provide design specifications and assets necessary for implementation by the development team.
    • Ensure UI quality by assisting the development team during the development phase through continuous reviews of the implemented UIs to guarantee compliance with the specifications, standards, and guidelines.
    • Embrace a data-driven solution discovery, design, and development process by seeking and utilizing data from various channels like Telemetry, UX Surveys, User Research, and Customer Engagement activities to empower you to make design decisions based on insights derived from different data channels.
    • Contribute to organizational success and elevate UX maturity.

    What you bring - Key Skills:

    Design:

    • Should be able to translate business & user requirements into highly usable interaction designs for multiple devices/channels (responsive design).
    • Visual design skills are a plus.

    Technical:

    • HTML & CSS skills are preferred, but not mandatory.

    Prototyping:

    • Demonstrated experience in utilizing prototyping tools (e.g. Figma) for creating designs.

    Soft Skills:

    • Outstanding English communication skills, teamwork, self-motivation, creativity yet pragmatism, shows maturity & emotional intelligence, crucial especially as the role involves extensive collaboration among multiple stakeholders operating in a global environment.

    Eligibility: 6-10 years of UX Design experience. Degree from an accredited Design school.
