- Design, develop, and implement Splunk integration solutions for a variety of data sources and use cases.
- Configure and customize Splunk dashboards, alerts, and reports to meet business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Splunk integrations and data ingestion.
- Collaborate with other IT teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Maintain knowledge of industry best practices for Splunk integration and stay up-to-date with.
- Document design and implementation details, and provide training and support to end-users.
- 2+ years of extensive experience with Splunk, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
- Hands-on experience with Splunk Cloud (Splunk as a cloud) is required for this role.
- Experience with Splunk Deployments, component setup is a must
- Extensive experience in Data Masking is essential.
- Proficiency in Rest API, DB Connect, and HTTP Event Collector-based integrations.
- Strong understanding of Rsyslog or Syslog NG configurations.
- Good knowledge of SNMP Trap and SNMP Poll data collection to collect fault and performance events.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical problems.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Experience in working with complex systems.
- Knowledge of cURL or shell script.
