    Job Title: Salesforce OmniStudio Developer
    Job Description:
    We are seeking a skilled Salesforce OmniStudio Developer with 3-7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce OmniStudio Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions leveraging the OmniStudio suite within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, extensive experience in developing custom solutions using OmniStudio components, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time.

    Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions utilizing Salesforce OmniStudio.
  • Design, develop, and implement customized OmniStudio solutions to meet business needs, including but not limited to Flow, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Process Builder, and Apex.
  • Configure and customize OmniStudio components such as Digital Experiences, Flows, Actions, Journeys, and Integrations.
  • Develop and maintain Lightning pages, Lightning components, and Visualforce pages as needed.
  • Integrate Salesforce OmniStudio solutions with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration techniques.
  • Perform unit testing, code reviews, and ensure best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, solution architects, and QA testers to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and industry trends, providing recommendations for enhancements and optimizations.

    • Requirements :

  • 3-6 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer with a focus on OmniStudio development.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data model, and security model.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customization including but not limited to Process Builder, Flows, Lightning App Builder, and Apex.
  • Experience developing custom solutions using Salesforce OmniStudio components such as Digital Experiences, Flows, Actions, and Journeys.
  • Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) development.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Salesforce Connect, and external data sources.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II, Salesforce Certified Administrator, and Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer are a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

    • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Industries (formerly Vlocity) and its integration with OmniStudio.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools such as Salesforce DX, Jenkins, or Git.
