    IMCS Group is hiring for Skill – Peoplesoft AdministratorLocation – Pune ( Kharadi – Work from office)/BengaluruBudget upto- 200KExperience- 6-8 years

    Key responsibilities include:

    Understanding requirements, analyzing impact and translating it to technical designLooking at technically strong and hands on person in environment management and deliveryStrategic planning of the Environment team book of work, and working with application developers, Testing and Production Support to support customer-specific production and non-production environments.

    Projects range from adoption of new technologies to managing DR tests and patching cycles.

    Manage the provision of global development and UAT environments for both internal clients (developers, testing team) and external clients (other systems that hook-up to department resources)Define processes for access rights for specific systems.

    Improve monitoring of systems and hardware in order to minimize future incidents.

    Provision of BAU support for development and test teamsManage the code deployments of components from Development to UATManage, in conjunction with project managers, the release of code from UAT to Production.

    Liaise with infrastructure teams where required – Unix/Linux/Windows/Database administrators and Networks.

    Work closely with Change Management and testing functions on production release cycle, ensuring environments are available and correctly configured for testing.

    Work on process automation to improve the efficiency of both environment management and deployment management process.

    Requirement:

    • Minimum of bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering preferably in Computer ScienceMinimum 6 8 years of relevant IT experience.
    Excellent communication, Presentation & stakeholder management skill.

    Hands on experience of Environment ManagementClear verbal & written communication skillsAbility to self-motivate, and to motivate teamAbility to work within a pressured environmentCapability of owning a solution through to resolution, engaging others as neededMethodical and structured approach to problem resolutionAbility to work within a global teamAbility to own multiple tasksTolerance of frequent prioritization changesBe prepared to work within an "extra mile" culture.

    Experience in working in Agile methodology.
