About this opportunity:
This Role is responsible for Alarm analysis, Operation-maintenance, trouble-shooting & Change Request Implementation on IP & DWDM. Also responsible for Trouble Ticket analysis and resolution of trouble tickets raised by Customer / L2 Teams. Fault management on all routers and switches equipment and follow up with support in case of raised cases.
What you will do:
• 2nd Level troubleshooting of incident.
• Major & Critical Service outage handling.
• Coordination with Vendors and other stakeholders.
• Support configuration management activities.
• Support in routine health check-up & preventive activities.
• Owns responsibility of Incidents understands the issue and drives for closure by coordinating with all teams
• Identification and support in automation of activities by internal/external automation team.
• Support configuration management & FNI activities
• On-time Change approval post validation.
• Supporting PM team for detailed analysis.
• Sharing learnings with wider teams.
• KSS & MOP development for future reference
• Analyze the fault and identify the root cause for permanent fix of faults and provide details to PM team.
• Support in network analysis and reporting whenever required.
• Support to NDO team on various requirements related to network optimization and KPI improvement
• Driving process efficiencies by Lean six sigma and CSI, SI initiatives.
• Ensures the processes are being followed and no timeline/ SLA/KPI are missed by any resolving agent in the system.
• Identification and support in automation of activities by internal/external automation team.
• Daily reprioritization of work and targets to meet end goals as per operational situations.

Education: Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering
Minimum years of relevant experience: 3 years of experience
