SASE Engineer - Pune, India - Jade Global

Location: Global

Work Hours: Engineer's working hours should overlap with US PST time zone for at-least half of the business day (if outside of North America).

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Work with partner teams and internal stakeholder to support the rollout of an enterprise Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) solution
• Implementation, tuning, and troubleshooting of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) controls
• Implementation, tuning, and troubleshooting of SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM) configuration
• Create and update technical documentation
• Triage and remediate support escalations

Required Experience & Skills:

• 5+ years experience working with DLP and CASB technologies
• 5+ years experience working with SaaS platforms (e.g. Google Workspace, M365, Box, Salesforce, Slack)
• Experience with troubleshooting endpoint issues
• Experience working with SASE tooling
• Experience working with SSPM tooling
• Experience working with REST APIs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
