    Responsibilities:
    Coordination with the enrolled students for their smooth academic journey -Building Student Relationship.

    Coordination with the respective HOD for the academic or general students queries resolution .to be resolved within 24 to 48 hours .Communication with the students via phone calls, WhatsApp app & email for lecture updates, and academic communication with payment reminders.

    Timely collection of the installment from the students .coordination with the finance team for payment received.maintaining the records of the admissions done & payment collections .co ordination with the counselor's team & finance for the payment links .collection of signed ACL from the students & coordinating with the finance team, tracking fees installments as per ACL plan.

    Coordination with the operational, and academic team to resolve student queries .Timely coordination with the students to make sure the course is completed on time .coordination with internal teams for the course completed students for preparation of Transcripts & Certificates, ensuring timely updates from the internal team for the same .TImely issuing of the certificate to the studentsco oridnation with internal team for attestation process .The operational process of the student servicing.
