    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Algorithm Development: Design, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms with expertise in Gen AI to solve business challenges. Collaborate with different teams to grasp project requirements and provide solutions.
    • Model Training and Evaluation: Train, fine-tune, and evaluate machine learning models using appropriate datasets. Apply best practices for data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model validation focusing on RAGs and Vector DB tuning.
    • Feature Engineering: Extract and choose relevant features from various datasets to enhance model performance. Optimize and refine existing feature sets to enhance model accuracy and efficiency.
    • Deployment and Integration: Deploy machine learning models into production environments, having knowledge in data mining, information retrieval, advanced statistics, or natural language processing. Collaborate with software engineers to integrate models into efficient systems.
    • Performance Monitoring: Set up monitoring tools to monitor and analyze model performance over time. Proactively identify and resolve issues related to model evolution or degradation.
    • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with diverse teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers. Clearly explain technical concepts, especially those related to Gen AI framework, to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
    • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in machine learning model development and deployment.
    • Proficiency in programming languages like Python and familiarity with relevant libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
    • Solid grasp of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and best practices.
    • Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
    • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for model deployment.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

    Bonus Skills:

    • Expertise in Gen AI and Vector DB tuning.
    • Experience with the RAGs framework for conversational AI.
    • Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision.
    • Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
    • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
