    NBFC Compliance and Reporting Manager

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance and Reporting Manager to join our Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) team.

    As the Compliance and Reporting Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's adherence to regulatory requirements, providing accurate and timely reporting, and managing various registration processes.


    Responsibilities:

    Regulatory Compliance:
    Stay updated with the latest laws, regulations, and guidelines applicable to NBFCs. Monitor regulatory changes and effectively communicate updates to relevant stakeholders. Develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance program that aligns with these requirements.

    Compliance Program Development:
    Design and implement robust policies, procedures, and controls, taking into consideration NBFC regulatory frameworks. Ensure the compliance program effectively addresses potential risks and strengthens the company's compliance posture.

    Compliance Monitoring:
    Establish and maintain a system for ongoing monitoring of compliance activities. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance or potential risks. Implement remedial measures as needed.

    Registration Process:
    Manage the registration process for the NBFC, including the preparation and submission of necessary documents to regulatory authorities. Ensure compliance with mandatory registration requirements and maintain relevant records.

    Reporting:
    Prepare and submit accurate and timely regulatory reports, including the annual filings required by regulatory authorities. Ensure the completeness and accuracy of data submitted in these reports. Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to identify trends and ensure data integrity across multiple reports.

    Internal Control:
    Collaborate with relevant departments to develop and implement effective internal control procedures. Continuously monitor adherence to these controls and propose improvements as necessary. Foster a culture of compliance throughout the organization.

    Compliance Investigations:
    Oversee investigations of potential compliance violations or breaches. Conduct thorough documentation, analysis, and reporting of findings. Collaborate with senior management and regulatory authorities as necessary to resolve compliance issues.

    Training and Education:
    Develop and deliver comprehensive compliance training programs to stakeholders at all levels. Ensure employees have a clear understanding of their compliance obligations and provide ongoing support and guidance.

    Regulatory Liaison:
    Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies. Coordinate and facilitate regulatory examinations and audits. Respond to inquiries and assist in resolving compliance-related matters.

    Agreement Drafting:

    Draft and review agreements, contracts, and legal documents to ensure compliance with NBFC regulations and protect the interests of the company.


    Requirements:

    Education:
    Bachelor's degree in finance, law, business administration, or a related field. Professional compliance certifications or qualifications are highly desirable.

    Experience:

    Minimum of [X] years of experience in a compliance role within the financial services industry, with a specialization in NBFC compliance.

    In-depth knowledge of NBFC regulations and compliance frameworks is essential.

    Regulatory Knowledge:
    Strong understanding of NBFC regulations, including KYC/AML, data privacy, and consumer protection. Familiarity with relevant regulatory bodies and their reporting requirements.

    Technical Skills:
    Proficiency in utilizing compliance management systems and tools. Advanced data analysis skills to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of compliance-related data.

    Registration Processes:
    Experience managing the registration process for NBFCs, including the preparation and submission of necessary documents. Familiarity with CERCAI, CKYC, and other registration requirements is preferred.

    Agreement Drafting:
    Proficiency in drafting and reviewing agreements, contracts, and legal documents relevant to NBFC operations.

    Leadership and Communication:
    Strong leadership and managerial abilities to effectively lead and motivate a team. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex compliance requirements to stakeholders.

    Attention to Detail:
    Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in compliance-related documentation, reports, and annual filings.

    Ethical Conduct:
    Demonstrated integrity and ethical conduct, aligned with high moral and professional standards.

    Computer Skills:
    Advanced proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
