    Manager Inter company

    Description

    Description:

    • Responsible for general accounting work required to maintain the department's general ledger.
    • Performs financial analysis of the department's chart of accounts and financial statements by identifying and analyzing variances.
    • Analyzes, records, and reports accounting transactions in a timely manner.
    • Prepares general ledger entries and account reconciliations.
    • Responds to inquiries received from management, internal and external auditors, Sarbanes-Oxley audit group, and others regarding financial results, special reporting requests, etc.
    • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    • Skills: US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, Financial Regulations Acumen, Financial Internal Controls, Financial Analysis, Ensures Accountability, Action-oriented, Collaborative, Effective Communication, Nimble Learning, Self-development.
    • Education, Licenses, Certifications: College, university, or equivalent degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
    • Experience: Minimal relevant professional work experience in the field of study required.

    Experience Required:

    • Must have hands-on experience managing intercompany processes and transitions.
    • Experience managing a team of 3 to 5 members.
    • Hands-on experience managing day-to-day intercompany transactions, adhering to month-close schedules, and defined KPIs.
    • Excellent English communication – written and oral.
    • Hands-on experience working in intercompany processes.
    • Experience preparing SOPs, process flowcharts, various reporting dashboards, preparing reconciliations.

    Shift Timing: 1 pm IST to 10 pm IST, with stretched hours during 1 or 2 days during month-end.
