Description

We are looking for a proactive candidate:

• Graduate with at least 1 year of experience in the insurance sector, preferably from an insurance broker background.
• Knowledge of Motor/Health/SME products is essential.
• Preferably from any district in Kerala.
• Occasional meetings at the Cochin office.

Key responsibilities:

• Interact with potential POSP agents in assigned areas.
• Support existing POS to boost sales growth.
• Handle customer inquiries efficiently.
• Collaborate with Girnar Insurance HO Team for smooth sales execution.
• Establish offline training and servicing procedures for POSP.
• Familiarity with local agent network.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Highly motivated individual with a proactive approach.
• Frequent travel may be required.

Requirements:

• Background in insurance industry with hands-on experience in agency vertical.
• Prior experience in a General Insurance Company or an Insurance Brokerage Firm.
• Manage customer relationships and identify their needs.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies for customer base expansion.
