- Masters or Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Aerospace from a reputed university.
- Industrial relevant experience in Aerospace components design (Preferably on Solenoid Valves, Electrical motors, Actuators, ECS, ATS, Engines and related components)
- Expert in applying the Functional tolerances, GD&T and Tolerance stacking.
- Expert in product development of aerospace components like Solenoids, Motors, Valves, Gear design etc. Engineering Calculations.
- Expert in using SIEMENS NX and Teamcenter tools.
- Expert on NX Modeling, Drafting, Advanced Modeling techniques like Knowledge Based Engineering, PTS etc. for complex assemblies.
- Proven ability in bringing new design concepts
- Working level knowledge on structural analysis, Exposure to Ansys.
- Shall be able to independently take up the design from Concept up to Qualification
- Good Knowledge on manufacturing processes, Special processes, Aerospace materials.
- Should be thorough in the Model Validation Process
- Strong oral and written communication skills with employees at all levels
- Experience in working with geographically distributed stake holders
- Innovate on new technology insertions into the products, continuously looking at the changing the market trends and needs

Advanced Mech Design Engineer
Advanced Mech Design engineer required for Design and Development group working on Aerospace projects: such as electromechanical actuators, Solenoid valves, Motors etc.
The Individual to work on designing and validating Mechanical Systems & Components (MS&C) parts, VE/ST, SRD and Advance Tech Programs. He/she should be thorough in the GD&T (per ASME standards) and Tolerance Stacking.

· Candidate should have good understanding of bringing the cycle time reduction through Automation, Guide Files, Smart Modeling Techniques
