- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for mobile applications using industry-standard automation tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design test cases.
- Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects and areas for improvement.
- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Create and maintain test documentation including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
- Identify and implement strategies to improve test coverage, efficiency, and reliability.
- Work closely with developers to reproduce and troubleshoot issues found during testing.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
- Contribute to the overall quality assurance strategy and process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in mobile app automation testing, preferably in iOS and Android platforms.
- Strong proficiency in automation tools such as Appium, Selenium, XCTest, Espresso, or similar.
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, Swift, or Python.
- Solid understanding of mobile app development frameworks, architecture, and design patterns.
- Knowledge of software testing methodologies, including unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) or mobile app development.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Familiarity with cloud-based testing services (e.g., AWS Device Farm, Firebase Test Lab).
- Knowledge of performance testing and profiling tools for mobile apps.
- Previous experience in testing hybrid and/or cross-platform mobile applications.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Mobile App Automation Testing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing automated tests to ensure the quality and functionality of our mobile applications across various platforms. The candidate should have a strong understanding of mobile app development processes, testing methodologies, and automation tools. The role involves collaborating with development teams to identify test scenarios, writing test scripts, executing automated tests, and reporting defects.
