One of the Leading Investment Advisory Fintech is urgently hiring for Associate - Product -Wealth

Location - Andheri , Mumbai

Job Description:

1. Create Product Strategy & implementation roadmap in line with Business Plan and backed with strong Customer & Market insights. Conduct Gap Analysis (consumers, market, segments) to identify underserved and unserved needs.

2. Work collaboratively with cross-functional team including BD, Operations, Marketing, and Technology to develop and implement product strategies seamlessly.

3. Proactively create and track OKRs (concerning usage, conversion, adoption, and retention) for the Product team and keep them accountable throughout the quarter, while continuously providing recommendations to drive improvements

4. Use quantitative and experimentation-driven result-oriented actions for improving user acquisition, retention, experience, and performance closely tracking performance regularly to ensure plans/tweaks in time.

5. Liaise with stakeholders across the Product, Engineering and UX teams to define, implement and measure feature development, their KPI and performance. Hold an overall understanding of the tech architecture with strengths, and limitations of the platform for journey optimization.

Education:

1. Engineering from IT or BSC IT

2. With atleast of 1 2 Years of Experience in Product Role.
