Description

Hiring for Business Development Representative (Onsite)

We are looking for a professional Business Development Representative to join our team.
Your main responsibility will be to discover new business opportunities by reaching out and nurturing relationships with potential Clients.
To excel in this role, it is essential to have prior experience in generating leads from marketing campaigns.
You will leverage your communication abilities to build solid connections with customers, starting from the initial interaction until finalizing the agreement.
Additionally, you will be in charge of ensuring satisfactory post-sale service.

Responsibilities:

Contact potential clients via social media, cold calls, and emails.
Present our company to prospective clients.
Recognize client requirements and propose suitable products/services.
Establish enduring, trusting relationships with clients.
Arrange meetings or calls among (potential) clients and managers.
Stay updated on new products/services and marketing strategies.

Requirements and skills:

Demonstrated experience as a Business Development Representative.
Practical knowledge of various techniques (including cold calls, email, and social media).
Familiarity with MS Excel for analyzing spreadsheets and charts.
Understanding of sales performance metrics.
Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in managing social media platforms.
Minimum education requirement: Diploma/Graduation/Masters.

Location: Ahmedabad (Prahladnagar)
Work Timings: Monday to Friday, 6:30 PM to 4:30 AM
Salary Range: INR 18,000 to 25,000 per month
Minimum Experience required: 1 year or more
