- Develop and lead process design or improvement initiatives
- Utilize process expertise for multiple business groups and provide data
- Be responsible for completing integrated process analyses, identify procedural and control deficiencies, and recommend solutions
- Work on complex problems involving process segments to identify risks, impacts, and opportunities
- Consult with leaders to understand, adapt research, and create alternatives for consideration
- Effectively communicate relevant information to business partners and leadership
- Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Interact with internal customers
- Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- 4+ years of Process Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification is mandatory.
- Exposure to Banking domain is desirable, however, not mandatory.
- Should be hands-on in driving change leading to productivity improvements, risk reduction and improving client delight.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from a reputed institute.
- Project and Program Management

- Exposure to digital transformation tools like RPA, Process and Task mining
- Lead or Support process engineering initiatives across the aligned business vertical.
- Drive a culture of change within the business processes using training, workshops.
- Deliver on departmental goals of improving productivity, employee and customer experience and risk reduction.
