    Main Tasks & Areas ofResponsibility : To find newmicro markets and empanel good quality referralpartners to scale up Micro LAP business& Gold backed secured business loan(Suvarna) Work in the Area assigned by theBranch Business Manager and generate leadsCold Calling to the potential customer baseto generate business Daily Sales Calls asper the Plan submitted to BBM To findnurture and develop excellent relationship with theReferral Partners / ConnectorsTo Activate Referral Partners for newbusiness To give doorstep service tocustomers at their residence or office.

    Tolearn the Organisation s policies and source files as per thepolicy.

    To Act as theEyes & Ears of the Organisation while working in theMarket for new opportunities information andsharing them to Branch Business ManagerTo Support the Customers in terms of end toend loan processing.

    To act as the Bridgebetween Customers and the Branch To beresponsible for the Soft Bucket collections Early mortalityand 12 MOB Fresh Sourcing.

    To Cross Sell Insurance effectively to theloan customers to safeguard their PropertyHealth & Life. To Be the Face ofSULB Muthoot Fincorp for the Area Assigned forWorking. Retainexisting live loan customers.


    Skills and Exposure:

    A result orientedindividual with Positive Mental Attitude withIntegrity willing to put hardwork.
    Atleast 2 years experience in working inRetail Assets especially Home Loans and LoanAgainst Property business. Exposure toAffordable segment preferred. Excellent interpersonal and verbalcommunication skills Be a Go Getter.


    Special Requirements (If any):
    Working knowledge of Affordable Home Loans / MicroLAP business exposure preferable.

    EducationalQualification / Technical Certification :
    AnyGraduation / Plus 2 with experience / Xth with Mortgage experience

    SkillSets :
    Experience in Home Loans / Mortgages Sales& distribution
    Communication Skills: Good oral written and presentation skills
    Experience : 2years of experience in Mortgages / Home Loans Industry
