Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the housekeeping staff, including task assignment, scheduling, and training.
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in patient rooms, common areas, and restrooms.
Develop and implement cleaning procedures that comply with hospital policies and industry best practices.
Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing guidance and addressing any issues.
Ensure proper waste management and disposal, including hazardous and biohazardous materials.
Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials.

Address deficiencies promptly and develop corrective action plans.
