    We're seeking a future team member for the role of Cash Reconciliation. This role is in Pune and Chennai - HYBRID.

    In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Perform account reconciliation for the assigned deals and cashflows sent as per agreed SLA
  • Investigation and resolution of breaks to facilitate the completion of the reconciliations each day
  • Liaise with client and client service team to resolve any queries that might arise
  • Handle day to day work with minimal guidance from Supervisor
  • Working in a stringent deadline driven environment with the ability to manage pressure and changing work environment
  • Ensure daily activities are performed as per pre-defined procedures
  • Professional and timely handling of inquiries from Client and Client Services team
  • Build strong relationships with internal Loan COE teams via clear and effective communication
  • Effective multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Flexible with working in complete US facing hours
  • Client Relationship Support:
  • Provide support in maintaining the client relationships.

    Maintain a working knowledge, as appropriate, of the accounts and applicable documents.

    Ensure that inquiries, both internal and external, are addressed promptly.Identify and escalate issues in a prompt and timely manner which may impact clients.

  • Develop an environment of continuous focus on quantifiable productivity and quality.
  • Assists with administrative items where applicable. May provide guidance to less experienced support staff.
  • To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Bachelor's degree with - years' experience in Reconciliation process or in back-office operations of a reputed foreign bank
  • Strong Interpersonal skills to be able to communicate effectively.
  • Strong PC skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
  • Flexible with shift timing and weekend working as may be required to support the business requirements.
