    Description

    • Full Stack Software Development
    • Design and architect new singlepage web applications and develop key system features.
    • Explore and evaluate new technologies to advance our SaaS platform and grow our business
    • Lead a team that will execute projects from beginning to end, including working with product management, gathering requirements, brainstorming solutions, building final applications and testing.
    • Delegate tasks to team members matching their individual experience to the task to promote engagement, learning and probability of success.
    • Provide practical technical guidance to your product manager partner to increase the odds of overall project success.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues as they emerge
    • Escalate technical issues impacting activities outside of your team.
    • Enforce community best practices and team SDLC guidelines
    • Work with your QA lead partner to ensure the overall quality of project deliverables.
    • Mentor more junior developers and encourage senior developers to mentor as well.
    • Work closely with architects, and other teams to design and implementation cross functional requirements
    • Lead design and code reviews encouraging participation of your team members
    Qualifications

    • 8 to 10 years of software development / engineering experience
    • MS/BS in Software Engineering or related discipline
    Technical skills

    • Experience with Full Stack Software Development
    • Experience in Back End programming in Java, Groovy
    • Experience with microservice development is a plus
    • Experience in User Interface programming with Javascript frameworks like Angular or Ember
    • Experience in web application development
    • Understanding of relational databases such as MS SQL Server
    • Experience with nonrelational databases like MongoDB is a plus
    • Familiarity with Agile process
    • Passion for learning new technologies
    • Experience with IaaS & PaaS from a cloud vendor is a plus. Azure preferred.
    • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
