TCS is hiring for Sourcing AND Procurement SME-Individual Contributor

, details below-Location- MumbaiExperience years

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible to develop new offerings within Sourcing & Procurement area.

Responsible to execute projects ranging Spend Analytics, identifications of process gaps, process maturity assessment, Rfx evaluation criteria, Summarize bid responses, contract creation and execution.

Lead workshops with client teams and demonstrate knowledge, capabilities and credentials in Sourcing & Procurement, Spend Analytics, content management, Tactical Procurement, Transactional ProcurementConnect and influence Commercial teams at large Global organizations around emerging innovative solutionsContribute to building deep, differentiated capabilities across the end-to-end value chain in Sourcing & Procurement – developing insights, standard methodologies, technology solutions, integrated analytics offerings etc.

Lead brainstorming discussions with Sales / Client Partners and Operating Leaders and identify proactive opportunitiesEnsure high customer satisfaction and reference ability to mine the accountsBuild sustainable partner eco system for differentiating offerings

Desired Experience

Years' experience in Sourcing & Procurement for diversified industries such as Retail / CPG / Manufacturing/ Hi-Tech / Life Science etc.

Conceptual on Strategic sourcing, Spend Analytics, operational procurement Process, Supplier selection and negotiation, Contract management and Experience in Indirect categories such as:
Facility ManagementMarketingOffice SuppliesProfessional ServicesHR Services- Hands on experience on Procurement Tools- Experience in delivering high quality large-scale projects across multiple industries, and regarded as an advisor to mid & senior management on driving business value from technology-based solutions- Working knowledge of any of the ERP & Procurement tools like SAP, ORACLE, Ariba, Coupa, iValua etc- Consultative selling skills- Strong executive presence and client-facing stakeholder management skills- Must be willing to travel as needed

Required Skill Excellent client management skills- Ambitious and independent personality with problem-solving skills.- Ability to work under tight timelines, multi-tasking abilities- Agile Project Management- Adaptive and Flexible- Good written and oral communication skills
