Description

Senior SAP Testing Consultant - Sales and Distribution

Responsibilities:

Lead SAP Testing initiatives at an advanced level (L3), with expertise in Sales and Distribution (SD).
Execute SAP testing processes focusing on SAP S4 implementations.
Show proficiency in comprehending the overall SDLC and Testing lifecycle.
Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
Drive documentation and presentation of testing strategies and results.
Utilize automation tools, preferably Worksoft Certify, to improve testing efficiency.
Use Test Management tools such as MF ALM, Jira, QTest for smooth workflows.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, ABAP teams, and Functional Analysts.
Comprehend core SAP functional business process flows and design end-to-end business processes.
Create and execute software testing plans and strategies.
Adhere to testing best practices, standards, methodologies, and testing metrics.
Manage and sustain various testing KPIs for project success.
Provide training and guidance to team members on testing practices and methodologies.
Monitor task efforts to ensure project timelines are achieved.
Ensure quality in development tasks through thorough test planning, execution, quality assurance, and defect management.
Champion continuous enhancement in testing and validation processes while motivating the team.
Work closely with automation teams, sharing functional knowledge, aiding in script development, and addressing remediation.
Prepare detailed test reports for stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum [X] years of SAP Testing experience, specialized in SAP SD.
Hands-on experience in SAP S4 implementations is essential.
Demonstrated expertise in testing best practices, methodologies, and standards.
Proficiency in using automation tools, especially Worksoft Certify.
Familiarity with Test Management tools like MF ALM, Jira, QTest.
Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
Effective coordination with cross-functional teams.
Proven experience in mentoring and training team members.
Thorough understanding of core SAP functional business processes.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Certification in SAP Testing or related field is a bonus.
