    Description
    Full-time salary: L per annum

    AGENCY EXPERIENCE IS A MUST.


    Responsibilities:

    • Setting Sales Goals: Establishing sales targets for the team and individual sales representatives in alignment with the company's objectives.

    Developing Sales Strategies:
    Creating effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base. This may involve identifying new markets, segments, or product opportunities.

    Sales Planning and Forecasting:
    Developing sales plans and forecasts to accurately predict future sales performance and allocate resources accordingly.

    Performance Monitoring and Management:

    Monitoring the performance of sales team members and providing ongoing feedback, coaching, and support to help them achieve their targets.


    Customer Relationship Management:

    Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs, and addressing any concerns or issues to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.


    Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence:
    Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive threats.

    Sales Reporting and Analysis:

    Generating regular sales reports and analyzing sales data to track performance against targets, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.


    Collaboration with Other Departments:

    Working closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and ensure a cohesive approach to customer acquisition and retention.


    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and engage with individuals at all levels.
    • Demonstrated ability to pitch and negotiate effectively.
    • Creative thinker with the ability to devise innovative solutions that meet client needs.
    • Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach and a commitment to achieving sales targets.
    • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Must have worked in a marketing agency before.
