    Lead Senior Software Engineer (Java, Spring, Kafka) – Mohali, Bangalore, Pune

    What you will be doing -

    • Analyzes, designs, programs, debugs and modifies software enhancements and/or new products used in local, networked or Internet-related computer programs. (Code must be used in core version of applications available for sale commercially.)
    • Interacts with product managers and/or users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications.
    • Participates in software design meetings and analyzes user needs to determine technical requirements.
    • Write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements.
    • Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications using current programming languages and technologies.
    • Completes documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance.
    • Trains and communicates with internal Client Training, Client Relationship and Sales teams on systems application.
    • May be responsible for developing or executing project plans, budgets and schedules and for documenting work and results.
    • May deliver informational and decision-seeking presentations to technical and business groups to internal and/or external audiences.
    • Other related duties assigned.

    What you bring -

    • Good working experience in software development using Java J2EE technologies.
    • Key skills Required:
    • Java, JDBC, Web- JSP/Servlet, Spring/Springboot/ hibernate/Kafka
    • SQL Server Database with good SQL and PLSQL knowledge
    • Web Services (RESTful/ SOAP).
    • Good to have
    • Oracle Database with good SQL and PLSQL knowledge
    • IBM MQ consuming & producing using spring, springboot.
    • Basic knowledge of Kafka framework will be a plus
    • Writing Elastic Search queries to retrieve data, and data management in elastic search server stack will be added advantage.
    • Implementation experience using SAFe and Agile/Scrum frameworks
    • Development and maintenance experience with object-oriented technology is required.
    • Experience writing, maintaining, and executing JUnit test cases,
    • SQL Server Database Or Oracle Database knowledge with good SQL and PLSQL knowledge
    • General work skills
    • Strong analysis and design capabilities. Participate in requirements collation, clarification and analysis to evaluate impact and effort estimate and translate into a design document. -
    • Should be well-versed with understanding requirements, actively participate in analysis and designing, familiarize dev team with requirements, writing Functional and Technical documents.
    • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new business situations.
    • Ability to work effectively in an onshore/offshore staffing model.
    • Strong problem solving skills.
    • Must be capable of defining risk and identifying and correcting issues with programming source code.
    • Identify and document potential solution improvements.

    Qualifications -

    • A Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science or other related discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
