Requirements

• Sandwich Preparation: Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to recipes and customer specifications for consistency and quality.
  
• Ingredient Management: Ensure fresh ingredients are properly stored and available, manage inventory levels, and communicate with the Kitchen Manager.
  
• Customer Service: Interact with customers, take orders, answer questions, and accommodate special requests.
  
• Quality Control: Monitor ingredient and product quality, maintain cleanliness, and comply with health and safety regulations.
  
• Equipment Maintenance: Properly use and maintain kitchen equipment, reporting any issues to the Kitchen Manager.
  
• Team Collaboration: Work with kitchen staff for efficient operation, assist in training new employees.
  
• Menu Development: Contribute ideas for new sandwiches and menu items based on feedback and trends.
  

Qualifications:

• Experience: Prior similar role experience in the food service industry is preferred, knowledge of sandwich preparation and food safety standards is a plus.
  
• Skills:
  • Strong culinary skills focusing on sandwich making.
    
  • Excellent customer service and communication.
    
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
    
  • Attention to detail and commitment to food quality and presentation.
    
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, lift up to 30 pounds, perform repetitive tasks, and comply with food safety regulations.
