Sr. Functional Analyst – learning and talent
systems
The HR Services (HRS)
organization is a critical component of the HR Function, delivering a portfolio
of human resources (HR) shared services to Honeywell managers, employees, dependents,
and retirees in support of all businesses globally.
You will be a key member
of the Talent and Learning Digital Solutions Team. As a member of this team, you will be shaping
the future of Honeywell HR, driven by Honeywell's "talent first" and "digital"
strategies. In this role, you will
partner with the Global Learning Centre of Excellence team to define
requirements, solution design, drive user experience. You will also partner
with IT team to build strategic learning/talent management tools and solutions
across the enterprise to improve talent and learning systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Key liaison for
IT technical team and Talent Management/Learning Centre of Excellence team
to drive Learning and Talent system implementations.
Be the
consultant for the learning (LMS, LXP) and talent management teams to
guide & recommend COE solutions to drive digital strategy.
Partner with
functional/operations team to design/re-design process-system-people
interaction through digital global solutions.
Translate
business requirements into functional requirements that can be used to
define digital solutions within the framework of SaaS systems.
Participate in
and influence roadmap prioritization.
Provide Tier
3 case management support in adherence to SLA and conduct UAT.
Execute ongoing
system administration, configuration, enhancements, and audits as needed.
Provide
system training to key stakeholders (Learning COE, Global Back Office, Learning
Admins)
Stay abreast
of cutting-edge Learning and Talent Solutions within the external market
through ongoing research and analysis.
Effectively Communicate the project status, issues, risks in a timely manner to various stakeholders.
Ensure Data Security and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Effective Project Management skills to ensure smooth delivery, while being compliant, on time, within budget and scope.
Learn new modules/technology quickly apart from areas of expertise and scale up to the needs of business.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology or related field with min 8+ years of experience
6+ years of experience as a learning system consultant/functional analyst/administrator.
Experience in
Success Factor LMS and working knowledge of Oracle Fusion LMS.
Proficient
in end-to-end process automation, ability to streamline operations and
drive efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in
Edcast LMS and Oracle Fusion Talent modules.
Experience
in HR Process mapping and business process design and exposure to various
HR integrations.
Understanding
of HCM processes, industry trends, and best practices.
Technical
proficiency in HCM system configuration, customization, and integration.
Excellent
communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work
effectively across departments.
Certifications
in Oracle Fusion Talent modules a plus.
