    Description

    Profile:
    BIM Architect We are seeking a talented and experienced BIM Architect to join our team.

    The BIM Architect will play a key role in the design and implementation of building information models using industry-leading software.

    This role involves collaborating closely with project teams to develop comprehensive BIM strategies that enhance project efficiency and accuracy.


    Education:
    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture,

    Engineering Experience: 01 to 03 years Responsibilities: Develop and implement BIM execution plans for projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and project requirements.

    Create detailed BIM models using software such as Revit, ArchiCAD and AutoCAD. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to integrate BIM into project workflows. Manage and coordinate BIM processes throughout all project phases, from conceptual design to construction documentation and facilities management. Review and analyze BIM data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project specifications. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in BIM technology to optimize project delivery.


    Requirements:
    Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator, BIM Manager, or similar role in architectural design. Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and ArchiCAD. Strong knowledge of BIM standards (e.g., IFC, COBie) and building regulations set. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


    Good to Have:

    • Professional certification in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional).
    • Experience with parametric design and scripting languages (e.g., Dynamo, Grasshopper).
    • Familiarity with sustainable design principles and LEED accreditation.
