    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Respondto customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely andprofessional manner.
    • Identify customer needsand provide solutions orrecommendations.
    • Troubleshoot product orservice issues and escalate asnecessary.
    • Maintain accurate records ofcustomer interactions andtransactions.
    • Collaborate with otherdepartments to resolve customer issues.
    • Stayupdated on product knowledge and companypolicies.

    Qualifications:

    • Highschool diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degreepreferred.
    • Excellent communication skills bothverbal and written.
    • Strong problemsolving anddecisionmaking abilities.
    • Ability to workindependently and as part of ateam.
    • Flexibility to work in US shifthours.
