    Senior Application Support Engineer

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Design, implement, and maintain enterprise applications for optimal performance, security, and scalability
    • Customize and configure workflows, dashboards, and reports to meet specific team needs
    • Provide expert-level support for enterprise applications, resolving complex technical issues
    • Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot and resolve application-related incidents
    • Monitor application performance and implement optimization strategies
    • Lead incident response efforts and develop response plans
    • Collaborate across teams for seamless integration and functionality of applications
    • Maintain documentation for troubleshooting procedures and best practices
    • Provide training and knowledge transfer to support staff
    • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend innovative solutions

    Required Skills and Abilities

    • In-depth knowledge of Confluence and Jira administration and optimization
    • Experience with open-source CRM application configuration
    • Ability to troubleshoot operational performance issues
    • Experience with monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Zabbix, and Datadog
    • Effective multitasking and adaptability
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills

    Knowledge, Experience and/or Education Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
    • 8+ years supporting enterprise-level applications
    • Relevant certifications such as Atlassian Certified Professional (ACP) preferred
