- Analyzes test cases, scenarios and scripts to ensure the quality of information systems, applications and databases delivered.
- Maintains the design and development of usability testing programs, cases, scenarios and processes to ensure that all functions are thoroughly tested.
- Identifies and makes recommendations regarding critical points of failure while monitoring, tracking and reporting ongoing IT quality levels.
- Selects testing tools and processes for use in projects and testing.
- Recommends target goals for IT improvement and identifies optimal approaches for resolving IT quality issues to achieve targets.
- Engages with business leadership to quantify and articulate the business impact of IT quality issues.
- Communicates information on IT quality standards, procedures, requirements and initiatives. Educational Requirements
